John Flynn's company has supported my father's properties for years.  When my father died, he left me one the homes in Charlotte.  From day one Mr. Flynn was my saviour.  I live in San Francisco Bay Area and was concerned with being a long distant landlord.  However, Mr. Flynn took all those worries away.  He understands the business and laws and made me confident that I didn't have to worry.  Even when the tenant was troublesome, Mr Flynn handled it professionally and respectfully.
